Responsibilities:

1. Identify system and/or operational issues hindering the attainment of quality performance standards at client sites and at operational hubs.
2. Responsible for the timely and accurate communication of reports related to fleet deployment, delivery performance, manpower hiring, vehicle maintenance and utilisation, and hub expenses.
3. Provides issue identification, problem analysis and strategies for resolution and/or implementation in case of client escalation.
4. Create and maintain detailed reports on manpower payroll costs related to attendance, overtime, incidents, etc
5. Support fleet managers in identifying process improvement opportunities, tracking service metrics and testing new techniques to acquire driver partners to ensure manpower availability.
6. Address and resolve field team queries related to policies, incentives, payroll and other operational performance KPIs.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Min. Graduate.
2. Min. 2 yrs of professional work experience, preferably at a high growth startup in central ops role.
3. Must have prior experience in managing/handling blue collar staff.
4. Must have excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, track and supervise field executives for client deliveries.
2. Manage daily reporting as per roster.
3. Ensure timely reporting of vehicles, grooming standards, quality checks and timely dispatch of deliveries.
4. Resolve any enroute issues and assist in expediting deliveries.
5. Ensure that any breakdowns are serviced on time.
6. Ensure that vehicles are timely serviced and charged.
7. Conduct daily briefing with driver partners and motivate them to achieve service standards and metrics.
8. Track and monitor daily attendance of field executives.
9. Investigate and perform RCA related to client complaints.

Mandatory Requirements:

Responsibilities:

1. Candidate needs to supervise last-mile deliveries of our clients using electric 3w vehicles.
2. Ensure that required service levels are monitored and achieved. Accountable for on-time deliveries with no product damage or pilferage while minimizing NDR/RTO.
3. Handling a team of support staff & delivery boys. Educating the staff about the importance of shipment handling and the work they perform. Create a sense of ownership for managing the charging and parking hub.
4. Hiring and training supervisors and delivery partners for fleet deployment and deliveries. Communicating with staff about the organizational updates and changes.
5. Ensure maximum availability and productivity of fleet and manpower. Coach and mentor team to drive operational excellence through improvised process implementations.
6. Ensure fleet audit for operational readiness for next day at the end of each business day.
7. Responsible for conducting complete inventory and asset audit regularly.
8. Manage administrative tasks related to hub operations. Deal with statutory compliance officials Check and coordinate with all stakeholders regarding facility related activities like water, electricity bills.
9. Handle customer escalations and investigate root-cause in case of service deficiency or outage. Own recovery process for lost shipments and/or short cash deposit.
10. Provide feedback to central teams on how to improve processes and workflows to achieve continuous improvement in terms of efficiency, cost or quality
11. Co-own revenue and profitability targets by increasing billing and reducing operating expenses. Ensuring process are followed to minimalize loses at hub.
12. Ensure proper record keeping, management and utilization of fleet.
13. Manage cash collection and cash deposit. Also manage cash handover and acknowledgement.
14. Maintain proper records of all administrative and operational expenses undertaken in hub. Responsible for the management of petty cash and daily update of expenses in ERP.
15. Preparation of various MIS reports and ensuring that defined reports are being generated and circulated within the timelines.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
2. Min. 2+ years of experience in logistics preferably in last-mile delivery.
3. Min 1+ years of direct experience in managing front-line blue-collar delivery partners.
4. Strong area knowledge of Dwarka or Gurgaon region.
5. Good exposure in hiring delivery boys for different routes’ delivery and pickup.
6. Good in optimum load allocation, rostering and planning route-wise delivery boys.
7. Good in using computer and smartphone for email and MS Excel.
8. Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate.
9. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
10. Excellent in time management and planning skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. B-tech/BCA/MCA from top tier 1/2 college and total 3+ years of experience with min. 6 months leading a team.
2. Excellent in Excel and ETL/BI skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
3. Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources
4. Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
